Cape Coral, Fl. October 12, 2008 - Author Paul Hutchins in his book called The Secret Doorway; beyond imagination writes about how the universe came about through the use of Supreme imagination. Hutchins was amazed to discover during his research for the book that when he enlarged the images from the Hubble and Spitzer telescopes up to 500% from their original size he found that what appeared as dots of light in the original image and thought to be stars, were actually hundreds of spiral galaxies much like our Milky Way galaxy. Inspired by what he discovered he put together a gallery of stunning Hubble images and reproduced them onto canvas to offer as inspiring works of art to decorate the home or office.
He calls it The Gallery of the Formally Unknown Artist with Imagination Supreme. He said it was the image of the Sombrero Galaxy made up of 800 billion stars that inspired him to write the book. He says when he enlarged the image and reproduced it onto canvas he discovered there were hundreds of galaxies in the background. What impressed him most was when he discovered a pair of twin spiral galaxies similar to our Milky Way galaxy near the bottom of the image.

In the book he writes a compelling story about how the entire experience of man has revealed that nothing man has designed, invented, conceived, or brought into existence, has ever been a random act, but rather an expression of his imagination, and that it is imagination that shapes the world around us. He points out that if man’s imagination is the driving force that shapes our world through what we conceive and create then that raises the question; whose expression of imagination is the driving force that shaped and created our incredible and complex universe?
The book is filled with stunning images from the Hubble telescope and brings to light a profound and intriguing passage from the book of Isaiah, “Look up into the heavens. Who created all the stars? He brings them out like an army, one after another, calling each by its name. Because of his great power and incomparable strength, not a single one is missing.”
When Galileo, in the 17th century turned his newly improved telescope to the night sky, he was stunned to stumble upon a once Secret Doorway to a world beyond imagination, we now call the universe. Since then the discoveries made by the Hubble Space Telescope show that an incomparable source of energy is behind the design of the universe. One such example is the Sombrero Galaxy. According to NASA, while it is half the size of the Milky Way Galaxy it contains over 800 billion stars. When you look at the photos of the Sombrero, taken by Hubble one is struck with awe from the energy that appears to be emitting from just this one small galaxy. It becomes clear that Isaiah saw something powerful beyond the night sky that he be held without the use of a simple telescope, or a flying telescope like Hubble.
